Cancellation Policy

1. The 24-Hour Notice Policy To ensure JL Hair Studio has optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount of 50% price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. 2. Full Charge No-Show Policy We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. 3. Deposit-Based Policy When booking an appointment at JL Hair Studio, a small deposit fee of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
